Qualifications:
- Active Para credentials/certification required
- Experience working with middle school age students preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Patient, reliable, and motivated to help students succeed
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction under teacher direction
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support
- Monitor student progress and report relevant information to teachers
- Help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment
- Aid in organization and distribution of instructional materials
This full-time role runs 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a contract extending through June 22, 2027. Candidates will benefit from a highly competitive pay rate of $25 per hour along with weekly pay.
