StenTech (Derry, NH) is looking for a CNC Production Operations Specialist who thrives on accuracy, momentum, and teamwork. If this sounds like you, read on.

What will you do?
- Translate engineering drawings into machined components by setting up and running CNC equipment.
- Fine-tune machines—tooling, offsets, calibrations—to ensure peak performance.
- Keep a watchful eye on quality and throughput, making timely adjustments.
- Tackle routine maintenance and solve basic operational issues.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions with confidence.
- Measure twice, cut once—use calipers, micrometers, and gauges plus solid math skills.
- Safely operate hand tools, panel saws, and other shop equipment.
- Create fixtures and fabricate parts from a mix of materials as needed.
- Package completed parts for storage or shipment.
- Collaborate daily with engineers and production teammates to streamline flow.
- Keep your area organized and uphold a strong safety culture.
- Follow company safety policies and pitch in on other duties as needed.
When will you work?
- Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What do you bring?
- Any of the following qualifies you:
- Experience as a CNC operator or in related manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to read and interpret prints
- Experience fabricating parts with various materials
- Comfort using hand tools and production equipment safely
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Equivalent mix of manufacturing experience and technical training
