Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Dietitian to join our nutrition team! As a Licensed Dietitian, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans for our patients and residents. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients and residents

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support

Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed

Educate patients and their families on nutrition and wellness principles

Participate in meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:

Must be a licensed dietitian with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field

Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with electronic medical records and nutrition software
