Rhude & Sons Contracting is looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew on residential construction projects throughout the Lakes Region and Northern New Hampshire.
We're seeking a motivated leader who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, maintain high-quality workmanship, and keep projects moving efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
✔️ Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew
✔️ Coordinate projects from start to finish
✔️ Read plans and oversee daily jobsite operations
✔️ Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers
✔️ Maintain quality workmanship, safety, and productivity
✔️ Keep projects moving on schedule and within budget
