Start date: 11/03/2026 | Duration: several weeks | Weekly pay: $1,839–$1,911 per week | Guaranteed hours: 40 per week | Shift: Evening and/or Overnight | Travel - Temporary Assignment

This travel assignment places you in a long-term care setting delivering direct nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support daily living activities, and contribute to care plans while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality of care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including routine assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and basic IV therapy as permitted by scope and policy.
- Document accurately in the electronic health record, including MARs, progress notes, and care plans; ensure timely communications with the care team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following policy, safety protocols, and physician orders.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other team members to modify care plans as resident needs evolve; promptly communicate changes.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, support mobility and rehabilitation activities, and promote independence and safety.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment; implement falls prevention, infection control, and equipment safety; respond to emergencies per protocol.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (Vermont)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Licensed Practical Nurse diploma or equivalent (education appropriate to role)
- LTC experience or recent long-term care clinical exposure preferred
- Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts; ability to travel for assignment
- Ability to pass credentialing requirements, background check, and drug screen
