Fiber Optic Center, Inc. (FOC) NetSuite Technical Administrator Coordinator, with distribution environment experience balancing standard system configuration with the technical skills required to manage distribution networks, inventory tools, and external logistics integrations, will work directly with the Platforms Director. Development work includes areas of, SuiteScript, Suitelets, RESTlets, Crystal Reports, Map/Reduce scripts, workflows, saved searches, reports, and integrations with third-party applications and internal systems such as warehouse management systems, shipping carriers, and payment systems.

- Core Administration: Manages user permissions, system governance, sandbox environments, and NetSuite upgrades.
\n

\n

- Celigo Middleware Management: Handle data mappings, error pipelines, and maintaining real-time connections to external systems.
\n
\n
\n

- ShipEngine Logistics Automation: Tasks the role with managing ShipEngine integrations to handle automated rate-shopping, address validation, and carrier tracking write-backs within NetSuite.
\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Distribution Workflows: Highlights technical alignment with inventory and supply chain operations, tying system automations directly to fulfillment accuracy. Emphasizes bin management, order-to-cash workflows, and warehouse system integrations.
\n
\n
\n

- Technical Baseline: Requires the ability to design advanced SuiteFlow automations, write complex SQL-based saved searches, and debug or read SuiteScript (JavaScript) log errors without needing to be a full-time programmer.
\n

\n

- Omni-Channel Integration Framework: Managing multi-storefront data flows via Celigo integrator.io, handling distinct data pipelines for both Shopify and Adobe Commerce.
\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Complex Multi-System Error Triage: Places responsibility on the technical admin to handle complex exception queues where web storefronts, Celigo middleware, NetSuite ERP, and ShipEngine shipping logic overlap.
\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Automated Tax Compliance Management: Formally charges the administrator with maintaining the Avalara AvaTax SuiteExtension across NetSuite, Shopify, and Adobe Commerce ecosystems.
\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Financial & Nexus Integrity: Tasks the role with configuring tax nexus rules, validating automated calculations at the point of sale, handling item exemption mappings, and managing cross-border customs settings.
\n
\n
\n

- Audit & Reconciliation Support: Places accountability on the admin for monitoring data flow consistency between the AvaTax transaction log, storefront checkouts, and NetSuite General Ledger (GL) accounts.
\n

NetSuite Technical Administrator Coordinator Responsibilities:

\n
- \n
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x/2.1.
- Build Suitelets, RESTlets, Map/Reduce scripts, User Event scripts, and Scheduled scripts.
- Create and optimize saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms (Celigo).
- Support EDI transactions such as purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents mapping from Salesforce CRM and work with Salesforce Administrator.
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite application and integration issues.
- Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform data migration, imports, exports, and data validation. Develop CEO dashboards.
- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and NetSuite release upgrades.
- Improve system performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

NetSuite Technical Administrator Coordinator Requirements
\n

- Strong experience with Oracle NetSuite development and customization.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x/2.1, JavaScript, SQL/SuiteQL.
- Experience with NetSuite modules related to inventory, purchasing, sales, fulfillment, and financials.
- Experience with Celigo Mapping.
- Experience with Crystal Report Mapping.
- Experience with ShipEngine solutions.
- Knowledge of EDI and third-party integrations in a distribution environment.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes in wholesale distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
