Responsibilities:

Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Implement behavioral plans and strategies to promote skill acquisition, fluency, and generalization

Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records

Collaborate with BCBA, family members, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all clients
