Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed nurses with patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and personal care

  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with patients, families, and staff

  • Participate in providing care that is patient-centered, respectful, and seamless

  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure high-quality care and effective communication

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering compassionate and personalized care

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and dignity

Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an LNA in the state of Vermont

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
