Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner

Participate in family conferences and education sessions to promote patient understanding and engagement

Meet productivity and quality standards set by the facility and regulatory agencies
Qualifications:

Current VT State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems
