Key Qualifications:
- Valid Para credentials/certification required
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, with a focus on middle school-aged students, preferred

- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student objectives
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Support the instructional and behavioral needs of students in a middle school setting
- Work closely with lead teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom modifications
- Assist with daily classroom activities, reinforcing lessons and providing one-on-one or small group guidance
- Monitor student progress, encourage social development, and ensure an organized, nurturing environment
- Communicate regularly with teaching staff and contribute to the broader school mission
This contract runs from your ASAP start date through June 22, 2027.
