About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that the property remains in excellent condition by completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting overall community upkeep. Your work will directly contribute to resident satisfaction and the long-term success of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of units and common areas
• Turn and prepare vacant units for new residents (make‑ready process)
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify effective solutions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe condition
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents

What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance or related trade experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
