Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | CFY Opportunities

Holyoke | Holyoke, MA
SLP: $44–$48/hour | CFY: $35/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available

LTC Therapy Services is seeking an SLP for a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke. Experienced clinicians and graduates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome. You'll provide care that helps residents communicate their needs, navigate cognitive challenges, and address swallowing difficulties.

What You'll Do

• Assess residents' abilities and identify priorities for treatment

• Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy

• Teach strategies residents and care staff can use during daily routines

• Review progress and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Document services and coordinate recommendations with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
