Chelmsford, MA | Full-Time Contract Opportunity

We are seeking detail-oriented Microelectronics Assemblers to support the assembly and testing of innovative electronic products and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an interest in electronics, manufacturing, or assembly who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech production environment.
Multiple openings are available on both shifts.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Overtime may be available based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform assembly and testing activities while meeting quality and production requirements.
- Read and interpret assembly procedures, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Work with components ranging from microscopic to larger-scale assemblies, utilizing visual magnification when required.
- Use hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, torque drivers, and screwdrivers.
- Operate microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment.
- Accurately complete production documentation and data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and production tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn industry standards such as J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
- Experience with electronics assembly, microelectronics, or electrical assembly is preferred.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and electronic test equipment is a plus.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
