Job Title: Manufacturing Technician / Production Technician
Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720
Shift: Monday to Thursday (6am - 6:30pm) & (6pm to 6:30am)
Pay rate: $24 to $27/hr on W2
Job Overview:
- Seeking an Manufacturing Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment in a medical device production environment.
- Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, and maintain automated production equipment
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Monitor product quality and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
- Support inventory, documentation, and cleanroom manufacturing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
- Medical device and cleanroom experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
