Sigma Inc. is looking for a Practice Representative to work onsite within the BIDMC - Ophthalmology department in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center located in Boston, MA.
Shift timings: Monday through Friday, 8.30 am-5:00 pm
Requirements:
- Epic experience required.
- This is a call center position, incoming patient calls requesting appointments in the Ophthalmology/Optometry clinic.
- Must have excellent customer service experience and have experience with scheduling.
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.
