Are you a passionate food service professional looking to make a difference? Hadley Pointe Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced, motivated Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and ensure our residents receive delicious, nutritious, and high-quality meals every day!

What You'll Do:

Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department.

Plan and coordinate nutritious, appealing menus that meet residents' dietary needs.

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility food safety regulations.

Supervise, train, and support dietary staff.

Manage food purchasing, inventory, and departmental budgets.

Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, presentation, and meal service.

Work closely with nursing and other departments to accommodate residents' nutritional needs and preferences.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in dietary management, food service supervision, or a similar leadership role.

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and therapeutic diets.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage a team and oversee daily departmental operations.

CDM certification preferred.
