Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Experience working with elementary-age students in a self-contained or similar setting
- Familiarity with supporting students with autism, medically fragile needs, or significant disabilities
- Strong classroom management and individualized instructional skills
- Collaborative spirit for working with other educators, therapists, and families
