We are seeking dedicated Elementary Paraprofessionals ready to support students and teachers in a dynamic, collaborative school environment. Ideal candidates come prepared with strong experience, professional references, and current interview availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support — Assist teachers with daily instruction, organization, and student engagement.
- Student Assistance — Provide 1:1 or small‑group academic and behavioral support.
- IEP Implementation — Help carry out accommodations and modifications as directed by special education staff.
- Supervision — Support safe transitions, lunch, recess, and other school routines.
Qualifications
- Prior elementary school paraprofessional experience required
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week
- Professional references ready upon request
