Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated paraprofessional experience in a school setting is required
- Ability to adapt to work with a variety of age groups, from Pre-K to high school
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students
- Reliability and flexibility to support changing classroom needs
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, supporting educational goals and classroom participation
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and individualized instruction plans
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Help with classroom management and organization
- Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and engaging school environment
