Job Description

Job title – Electrical & Wiring Assembler

Location – Foxboro, MA 02035

Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking Electrical & Wiring Assemblers to join a leading manufacturing team in Foxboro, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical assembly, panel wiring, or manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electrical panels, cabinets, and assemblies according to engineering specifications.
Perform electrical wiring on medium to large assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
Use hand tools, power tools, crimping tools, torque wrenches, and measuring gauges.
Complete work orders and production documentation accurately.
Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret:
- Blueprints
- Electrical Schematics
- Wiring Diagrams
- Technical Drawings
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Previous electrical assembly or manufacturing experience.
Experience assembling electrical control panels or wiring cabinets.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices.
