As a Floor Care Technician, you will play a vital role in our housekeeping team, ensuring the upkeep of our facility and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
About the Role:
As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including floors, corridors, and common areas. Your duties will include:

Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment

Disinfecting and restocking bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs

Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables in a responsible and eco-friendly manner

Partnering with our maintenance team to address facility needs and report any issues or concerns

Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents
Requirements:

5 years of experience in a healthcare or housekeeping setting (training provided)

Ability to lift, bend, and move furniture as needed

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong commitment to our team
