Job DescriptionLocated in Boston, MA Maintenance Technician Location: South Boston, MA Shift: 1st Shift | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform general maintenance and repairs in a warehouse environment, including painting, construction, and building framework.</li>
<li>Assist with electrical work, plumbing, and other facility-related tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Support janitorial duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse regulations.</li>
</ul>
 Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.</li>
<li>Familiarity with painting, basic electrical work, construction, and general facility maintenance.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Physical ability to perform tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.</li>
