Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
- Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to fit the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Offering teletherapy for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for all.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building trust and rapport with clients.
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences, creating a safe space for healing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
