Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport through empathetic listening and effective communication to ensure a trusting therapeutic relationship.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and adjust treatment plans as appropriate, preparing for discharge when suitable.
- Develop and implement personalized, person-centered treatment plans that are continually monitored and revised as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and assessments, in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients, facilitating their entry into our therapeutic framework.
- Participate in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.
