Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empower Well Therapy, you will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Engage in therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring your approach to fit the unique dynamics and challenges presented.

  • Address complex family issues, including substance abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to facilitate effective communication and resolution among family members.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
