Key Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver two hours of direct, virtual instruction weekly tailored specifically to the 5th-grade student's needs
- Provide additional indirect services as appropriate, such as developing materials or coordinating with other teachers
- Adjust instruction as needed, based on student progress and ongoing communication with the district and student's support system
- Document student growth and regularly update relevant stakeholders on progress
- Maintain compliance with all educational and privacy standards
