Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines per protocol to eligible patients and document administration in the electronic health record
- Monitor patients post-vaccination for adverse reactions and provide appropriate observation
- Prepare supplies, ensure proper vaccine storage and cold chain maintenance, and assist with inventory control
- Maintain infection control practices and standard precautions; clean and disinfect treatment areas between patients
- Collaborate with team across multiple campuses to coordinate vaccination services and patient flow
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license at time of submission
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering vaccines
- Ability to work on-site across multiple campus locations in the Boston area
- Availability for 4x10 hour shifts per week, including one Saturday during the assignment
