SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in Upton, MA. We are looking for caring, dependable professionals who can provide compassionate in-home support and help clients maintain comfort and independence.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

Follow individual care plans and daily routines
-
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA or HHA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
