- Commitment to ensuring student safety, dignity, and engagement
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 assistance to a designated student within a learning center
- Support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
- Aid students in understanding instructions, completing assignments, and fostering independence
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff as part of a dedicated team
- Document progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
