Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual counseling sessions using video chat technology, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual strengths and challenges.

- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans with minimal administrative burden, allowing more focus on client care.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active state license, including but not limited to LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, with evidence of independent licensure status.
- A clean professional history, free of disciplinary actions, demonstrating ethical practice and client welfare commitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with proficiency in computer usage; ability to navigate a telehealth platform effectively.
- Reliable internet connection to ensure seamless access to our telehealth services.

- Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
