Occupational Therapist, General, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, United States — travel assignment starting 12/01/2026 for 13 weeks at a skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay ranges from $2,053 to $2,201, with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is five days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ physical function and daily living activities to identify therapy needs
- Develop, implement, and document individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living
- Monitor progress, adjust goals, and communicate outcomes to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and social services to coordinate care
- Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies
Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in geriatric care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment and meet assignment requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
