Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts Salary: $580,000 per year + $75,000 signing bonus Time Off: 8 weeks

Team Overview
- Composed of 15 Anesthesiologists (MDs) and 21 CRNAs
- Backed by skilled anesthesia technicians and a robust perioperative team
- Delivering anesthesia services across five community locations
What We Provide
- Attractive annual salary: $580,000
- Substantial signing bonus: $75,000
- 8 weeks of vacation to ensure a genuine work-life balance
- Opportunity to work within a care team model, with chances for independent cases during on-call shifts
- On-call schedule: approximately 6 calls per month (first call + backup), with the following morning and day off after the first call

In this role, you will experience a varied case mix that keeps your practice dynamic and comprehensive:
- Vascular
- Orthopedic
- Thoracic
- OB/GYN
- Endoscopy
- Neurosurgery
- No cardiac surgery
- No transplants
