Role Description The Retail Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyannis, MA, responsible for delivering a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, providing customer-focused service, and answering questions about merchandise and current promotions. The role also involves maintaining organized and visually appealing sales floors, fitting rooms, and displays, as well as handling transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and care. Retail Associates support inventory management by tagging, stocking, and replenishing merchandise, and may assist with transfers, returns, and basic stockroom organization. This role requires collaboration with team members to ensure smooth store operations and uphold Puritan’s standards of service and professionalism.

  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.

  • Comfort with point-of-sale systems and handling cash or electronic payments accurately.
