Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license to practice as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Ability to provide individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Commitment to fostering supportive learning environments for diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-age population
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide consultation and resources to educators and parents to support carryover of skills
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
