Seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) drawn to supporting elementary learners in a dynamic, contract-based setting. Qualifications we value:
- Active Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Massachusetts Board of Allied Health license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) preferred, but clinical fellows actively encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Passion for working with elementary-age students and supporting a diverse population
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students within the school setting
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain timely, clear documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
