5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Thursday)

3:45 PM-2:15 AM (Monday - Thursday)
\n
6 AM – 6:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Job Description:
\n
Looking for a dedicated and eager to learn Cleanroom Assembly Technician to optimize our Fluid Handling team, delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.
\n
This role will be a full time position based out of our Devens, MA office.
\n
You will have the opportunity to build a wide range of single-use assemblies for the medical industry through manufacturing and measuring equipment.
\n

Fluid Handling team is part of our Lab and Production Services business unit.
\n
This team supports the innovation and growth objectives of major laboratories across the globe by helping with the integration of new technology solutions into their lab processes and operations.

What were looking for
\n
Education: High school completion or equivalent (GED)
\n
Experience: 0-2 years of production in a cleanroom environment
\n
Collaboration Tool: Familiarity with Microsoft office
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
\n
Experience interpreting engineering drawings
\n
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
\n

Responsible for building, cleaning, and packaging of various Single-Use assemblies per Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
\n
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) and report all near miss and first aid events.
\n
Responsible for following cleanroom protocols and cGMPs in order to maintain ISO Class 7 environment.
\n
Be an activate participant in the continuous improvement process and follow appropriate change control procedures.
\n
Escalate potential process and/or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns.
\n
Daily organization (6S) and cleanliness of work area and common areas.
\n
Assist with the inventory accuracy by properly returning unused parts and components to stock in sealed bags with part number and lot traceability.
\n
Participate and work within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines in all manufacturing areas in accordance with company quality goals.
\n
Meet internal manufacturing schedules which drive on-time delivery.
\n
Complete and sign-off EPRs for each operation completed during the assembly.
\n
Complete assemblies within the allotted time stated on the work order.
\n
Instill a build it right the first time mentality.
\n
Performs other duties as assigned.
\n
