Work Environment\n
This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while focusing on delivering high-quality care through telehealth platforms. Our therapists operate within a supportive, virtual team atmosphere, leveraging advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of care. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and areas of concern.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Administer both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and resilience among clients.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, with an emphasis on safety and stabilization.
- Educate clients about mental health diagnoses and empower them with information regarding treatment options and resource availability.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements using electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development seminars, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
- Ability to deliver therapy to diverse populations, with a commitment to cultural competence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong therapeutic alliances.
- Strong ethical foundation and sound judgment for maintaining professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
