Shift Supervisor (POWER INDUSTRY)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Shift Engineer to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our steam plant. With outstanding benefits and a clear path to leadership roles, this position is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in a supportive and innovative workplace.**MUST HAVE a MA-2nd CLASS ENGINEERS**
**Qualifications:**
- Possess a Massachusetts Second Level Engineer's License is REQUIRED.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or engineering experience in fields like heavy industry, power generation, etc.
- Extensive hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers, steam turbines, and electric generating equipment.
- Competent with steam plant instrumentation and control systems.
- Albe to work rotating shifts
- High school diploma or GED is a must; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
