Minimum 1+ years Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience and CNA certificate required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Details:
- Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
- Short-term assignment (approx. 2 1/2 months from September through November)
- Possibility of extension through the full school year
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Experience with pediatric care, especially in a school or similar setting, preferred
- Comfort in assisting students with complex medical needs, including those using a wheelchair
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one support to a kindergarten student throughout the school day
- Provide assistance with mobility, daily hygiene, and other essential needs
- Monitor student’s medical status and promptly address or report any concerns
- Collaborate with school nurses, teachers, and specialists to follow medical care plans
- Maintain accurate records concerning student care and communicate effectively with relevant staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and comfort
