Your Impact
As a Micro-Assembly Specialist, you’ll transform precision die cast parts into ready-to-ship assemblies through careful workmanship, documentation discipline, and close teamwork with engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Follow written and verbal work instructions; read drawings and assembly procedures.
- Use a microscope for fine, high-accuracy assembly steps.
- Document builds and complete manufacturing records reliably.
- Keep your station clean and safe; follow plant safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools; operate light-duty equipment (drill press, saws, grinders).
- Apply knowledge of product flow to maintain throughput.
- Collaborate with engineers to create and improve assembly methods and solve issues.
- Support additional tasks related to production as needed.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $25.00
- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
