Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, accurately diagnosing issues, and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—to facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

  • Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing immediate mental health emergencies, ensuring appropriate support and safety measures are in place.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records through secure electronic health record systems, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical standards.

  • Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and various healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
