What You’ll Bring:

  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
  • Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working onsite and in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Work closely with teachers and families to support each student’s unique communication goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
  • Promote an encouraging and inclusive environment for children with diverse needs
