Key Qualifications:

Valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
Comprehensive understanding of student physical development and self-regulation
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of students’ functional abilities and self-regulation needs to guide interventions
Design and implement individualized treatment plans, coordinating with educators and families to support each student’s unique objectives
Monitor progress and adapt strategies to promote student participation and achievement
Identify and address environmental barriers, providing recommendations to ensure equity and accessibility for learners with diverse needs
Serve as a resource for staff on integrating OT strategies within the classroom environment
