Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. This role supports students through remote psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions within an educational setting. The position operates under a 1099 contract arrangement and is based in Waltham, MA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations via telehealth platforms
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student well-being and academic success
- Developing individualized support plans and providing counseling as necessary
- Maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Participating in virtual meetings and case conferences to discuss student progress and strategies
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in school psychology or a closely related field
- Valid school psychologist credential or license appropriate for Massachusetts
- Demonstrated experience delivering telehealth psychological services, particularly in school environments
- Strong knowledge of child development, assessment tools, and educational regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally
