Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
- Complete all clinical documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to both internal and regulatory standards.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools specified by the clinical team to evaluate client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans catered to individual circumstances.
- Engage actively in the accreditation and licensing processes, ensuring compliance with organizational and state regulations.
- Act as a liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships to enhance client care.
- Communicate openly and effectively to meet service delivery standards and promote the mission of Alvita in the community.
- Build and sustain relationships with various local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote our programs and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and relevant meetings to remain engaged in trends and advancements in the mental health field.
- Promote the agency's philosophy, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

If you are licensed and currently practicing in another state, we are pleased to assist with the licensing process in Massachusetts, covering any associated fees to ensure a smooth transition.
