Job Description:

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Formulate and characterize nucleic acid-loaded LNPs at small to mid-scale using microfluidics, with a focus on reproducibility, scalability, quality, and consistency.
  • \n

  • Conduct LNP stability studies and evaluate critical formulation parameters to optimize drug product stability.
  • \n

  • Support ligand conjugation to LNPs, including targeted LNP development, and assist with advanced analytical characterization.
  • \n

  • Execute in vitro assays, including mammalian cell culture, potency, uptake, and viability assays.
  • \n

  • Plan, execute, document, and analyse experiments with scientific rigor and attention to detail.
  • \n

  • Clearly communicate experimental results through presentations, written reports, summaries, and team discussions.
  • \n

Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • Master’s degree with approximately 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 1–3 years of relevant experience, in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, bioengineering, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • \n

  • Hands-on experience formulating LNPs using microfluidics at small to mid-scale.
  • \n

  • Experience with analytical characterization techniques such as dynamic light scattering (DLS), fluorescence-based nucleic acid assays, chromatography, or related methods.
  • \n

  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays is highly desirable.
  • \n

  • Ability to independently follow laboratory procedures, maintain accurate records, and work within established equipment and laboratory SOPs.
  • \n

  • Experience with laboratory automation or high-throughput workflows is desirable.
  • \n

  • Experience preparing scientific reports, presentations, or publications is highly desirable.
  • \n
