Your role includes collaborating directly onsite to deliver behavior consultation, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide classroom coaching. Strengthen your professional growth as you guide and empower teachers and paraprofessionals working with students on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification (submit a screenshot with your application)
  • Prior experience as a school-based BCBA/Autism Specialist preferred
  • Skilled in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and classroom coaching
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams supporting autism programs
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between four school locations
  • Willingness to pass drug screening and complete fingerprinting/background (CORI) checks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior consultation for students across multiple sites
  • Conduct FBAs and design individualized BIPs
  • Coach and support teaching teams on evidence-based behavior strategies
  • Collaborate with school staff, provide recommendations, and assist in autism program success
  • Ensure timely arrival, notify school and recruiter of absences
