Speech-Language Pathologist (Rehabilitation)

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (Rehabilitation) at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, working closely with our patients to help them achieve their goals and regain independence. Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including speech, language, and cognitive training, to patients with a range of diagnoses and conditions

Work collaboratively with other members of the rehabilitation team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

Implement evidence-based practices and interventions, and adapt treatment plans as needed to meet individual patient needs

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs to stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology
