About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated RN Clinical Specialist to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care to residents with diverse needs, including those with chronic conditions, disabilities, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Leading and mentoring staff members, promoting a culture of excellence, and supporting continuous learning and growth.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving change through data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• ADN or BSN in Nursing or related field

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Vermont

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed

• Has or is willing to complete Wound Care Certification
