Registered Nurse - Medical - Surgical (Telemetry)
Beverly, MA
13 weeks
Shift - 11am - 11pm 12H evening , every other weekend.
Facility: Beverly Hospital
\n Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked
\n Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
\n 12H evening , every other weekend.
\n EPIC REQUIRED. BLS-AHA REQUIRED.
\n Day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only). 2 attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prep for onsite testing.
\n Must have 2+ years of experience. Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed.
